Salon Policies – Hairitage Unisex

At Hairitage Unisex, we strive to provide an exceptional salon experience for all our clients. To ensure the best service, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive an adjusted service based on the remaining time available.

Deposits & Payments

  • Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer a correction. Adjustments will be made at the discretion of the stylist and management.
  • Due to the nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Salon Etiquette

  • We maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Please respect other clients by keeping noise levels low.
  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times for their safety.
  • We ask that clients silence their mobile devices during services.

Health & Safety

  • If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service, please inform your stylist before your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness to maintain a safe environment for all.

Hair & Product Policy

  • We use professional, eco-friendly, and restorative products. If you experience a reaction to any product, please notify us immediately.
  • Retail products are non-refundable but may be exchanged if unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.

Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information shared with Hairitage Unisex will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
